Folk culture communicated enthusiasm and energy among tourists on the holy coast of Brahmasarovar at the International Geeta Festival in Kurukshetra. Folk artists from different states made the festival even more special with their traditional art and music. People were seen trembling at the bean flute, raw mare dance, nagada and drum beat.

This festival is a great platform to not only keep folk arts alive, but also offering employment opportunities to thousands of youth in the field of craft and culture. Craftsmen and folk artists appealed for this event to be held across the country, to get more recognition of their art and culture.
