  1. All Orders placed through the Website are subject to acceptance by us, and we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any Order at any time, for any reason (e.g. out of stock, pricing errors, suspected fraud).
  2. Upon placing an Order, you will receive an order confirmation. This does not necessarily mean we have accepted the Order. We will notify you when the Order is accepted and processed.
  3. Payment must be made via the payment methods we offer (e.g. credit card, debit card, net banking, UPI, etc.).
  4. You authorize us to charge the Order amount, including applicable taxes, shipping fees, and other charges.

4. Shipping, Delivery & Risk

  2. Delivery timelines are estimates. We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control (e.g. natural calamities, courier delays).
  3. Risk of loss or damage to Products passes to you once the Products are delivered to your address (or handed over to the courier).
  4. You may need to inspect the package upon receipt. If you detect damage or discrepancy, notify us immediately.

5. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

  1. Returns or exchanges are allowed only under the conditions provided in our Return & Refund Policy (link or section).
  2. You must request return/claim within the time window stated (e.g. within 7 days from delivery).
  3. The product must be in original unused condition, with tags/packaging intact (unless the damage was genuine).
  4. Refunds will be processed via the same payment method used by you, within a reasonable time.
  5. We reserve the right to reject a return or refund request if eligibility criteria are not met.
